2 分兩次加入雞蛋攪拌均勻

3 過篩麵粉和奶粉

4 拌勻揉成糰(輕輕的揉)

5 一半加入咖啡粉

6 鋪在烘培紙上桿成薄片

7 咖啡的也桿成片

8 疊在一起捲起,尾端處鋪上一層烘培紙(隔出觸角)

10 找出蝴蝶翅膀中間的位置,放入一根筷子將它壓至2/3處,捲好放冷凍30分鐘

11 取出切成薄片,拉出觸角,捲起

12 背對背鋪在烘培紙上,用170度烤約7~12分(依厚度和個人烤箱溫度做調整)
