1 派皮從冰箱取出直接在塑膠袋上將麵糰擀成約0.3公分厚度,放入塔模中 用叉子戳洞,先塗上一層莓果醬

2 奶油放置室溫軟化+二砂糖打勻再加蛋拌勻後再加入杏仁粉攪拌均勻 內餡填入塔模中

3 再放上櫻桃稍微壓一下
